1 (3 to 5 pound) pork loin1 can tomato soup1/3 cup chopped onion1/3 cup chopped celery1 clove garlic, minced2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons lemon juice2 teaspoons prepared mustard4 drops Tabasco® sauce
Place pork loin in shallow pan. Roast at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes per pound.
Pour off pan drippings 1 hour before done. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over pork loin; continue roasting, basting often.
