Pumpkin Custard

1 cup cooked pumpkin
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon browned butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs, separated

Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix well. Beat egg whites until soft peaks and fold into pumpkin mixture. Spoon into greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
